Our kitchen is based on a traditional selection of Czech recipes. We expand this concept toward popular dishes from world gastronomy, such as burgers, pasta, risottos, and salads, but also spare ribs marinated in our own beer.

At Charlie’s Square, we have no secrets from you. You’ll see all the microbrewery equipment around you in the main room, fully functional. We tap our finely tuned Charlie’s beer 11° directly from the fermentation tanks, where it has just matured to a golden color and an unusual but honest taste.

We also value openness in the kitchen, so you can keep an eye on how your meal is being prepared. We’ve prepared a place for you that you’ll love coming back to.

They meet here for excellent lunches, whether they want to sit for a while or are rushing back to the office.
